MISSISSIPPI POT ROAST

I am always looking for a good recipe, and my husbands even after me for months to make this. I finally decided to give it a try, and WOW. Sooo good my friends! Another thing, it’s easy + not too terribly bad for ya! I did add my own twist on it, because well- that’s just what I do.

MISSISSIPPI POT ROAST

For this, you’ll simply need all the ingredients listed. (Plus beef broth, not pictured). Any kind of roast will work just fine, and I was out of stick butter so I made it work.
You’ll want to brown your roast on each side for about 5-8 min. Once you’ve done that, remove- toss in diced onion, Worcestershire, minced garlic + gravy packet. You’ll let all that kind brown in the instant pot for a few minutes, then you’ll add your meat back in- toss in the rest of the ingredients- and bam! Hit the manual button, and do a high pressure cook for about 45 min! You can also do this on slow cook, but ya know me- I love things that are quick!
