Who loves tacos? I know I do, especially when I get to build them myself. Tonight I decided to put another spin on your average charcuterie board- and make it a taco style charcuterie board! Needless to say, it was a hit- again, especially for my toddler who got to build his own- which he enjoyed!
For this it’s really super simple, just as you’d prepare for your tacos- you do the same for this. I made my taco meat first, then prepped my pico de Gallo, guacamole, and cheese dip. I cooked the rice in the instant pot (3 cups rice: 18 min). Once that was finished, it was simply just placing everything. I tried to keep an order – so the things you may want to dip your chip in such as guacamole- I put it over by the chips. It’s hard to see, but I put lettuce around the rim of the meat/rice bowl. You could build a taco, a burrito bowl, and snack on chips + guacamole. So many endless options with this!! This would be an awesome idea for any kind of party, and clean up- well that’s easy too!
