I don’t know about you, but I am always looking for delicious recipes. I tend to gravitate towards the ones that are easy + healthy! I am a huge fan of Gorton’s fish, they offer so many nutrients like Omega 3’s, and protein. I also love that I can toss them in my air fryer, that’s the simplicity that is crucial on my chaotic my life. I love to serve the fillets with my favorite pasta salad, which is also a quick and easy dish!
Gorton’s Parmesan Crusted Fillets
Toss the fillets in the air fryer @400 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Once finished I like to sprinkle Parmesan cheese + parsley.
Pasta Salad:
Rotini Pasta (coooked)
1/2 cup olive oil
2 cups Italian dressing
Grape tomatoes
Pepperoni
Mozzarella Pearls
Garlic Powder, Basil, Salt, Pepper
Once it’s all combined, you sprinkle Parmesan cheese!
