Freezer Prep: Oatmeal Cups

This recipe may of looked like a bunch of chaos, but I can promise you it was so easy + they taste amazing.
For this you’ll start with oats, I use regular oats- about half a box. I’ll mix the following into the “dry” bowl: salt, cinnamon, baking powder. Then you’ll start your “wet” bowl- this will consist of flax seed + almond milk- whisk. You’ll want to let this sit for about 5 minutes, then add: applesauce, peanut butter, vanilla, and maple syrup. Mix all of the above together, and then that’s when you’ll start another bowl or two – this is dependent on how many different types of oatmeal cups you’ll bake. For instance, I did two batches: apple, and blueberry. I took half from the dry bowl and started a separate bowl, and poured half the liquid mixture into that bowl with apples (mix). Then I took the other half and used blueberries. I baked these @350 for 30 min- you guys I’m telling you, DELICIOUS!! I also recommend the silicone liners- a game changer! I’ll link them HERE.
