If your anything like me, your looking for quick recipes this time of year + something healthy. I tend to gravitate towards my instant pot, or my air fryer when I want a quick option! Air fryer peppers are great, because they are low carb + delicious.
Ingredients.
Mini red + yellow peppers
Shredded Colby jack cheese
Southwest Seasoning
To cook:
Cut the peppers in half, sprinkle cheese, sprinkle seasoning- air fry @400 degrees for about 8-10 min.
Once complete I like to drizzle Great Value Southwest Mustard (a fave of ours) – you can find this at Walmart!!
